How to remold your earplugs:
Remove the filter back plugs and canal tips from the molded earpieces. Only the soft Thermo-Fit molds should be heated.
Boil water and allow it to sit for about 30 seconds after removing from heat.
Place the molds into the water for 5 minutes. They will soften and become pliable.
Carefully remove them with metal tongs or spoon, allow to cool slightly, and reinsert into your ears.
Replace tips and back plug.
Press and shape gently to match the contours of your ears.
Hold the molds in place for 5–10 minutes while they cool and set.
You can repeat this process as many times as needed. The patented material is designed to remain durable and flexible through multiple heating and molding cycles.
