Improper fitting or misuse can reduce the effectiveness of the earplugs and may result in hearing loss or injury.
Do not insert earplugs into the ear while hot. Wait until they are warm and pliable.
Test earplugs in progressively louder environments.
Wear hearing protection anytime you are exposed to loud noise.
These filters are not hearing protection on their own.
Filters must be used with custom molds and canal tips.
Do not use if you have ear drainage or a perforated eardrum without physician approval.
Remove slowly to avoid damage to the eardrum.
Check the tips for secure attachment before every use.

Materials Needed for Molding
2 Glass or Ceramic Cups
Kettle or Microwave (for heating water)
Boiling Water
Timer
Metal Spoon
Mirror (recommended)
Molding Instructions
Step 1: Heat Water
Microwave: Fill two glass/ceramic cups with 3–4 inches of water and boil.
Kettle: Boil water and fill cups with 3–4 inches.
Do not place molds in the microwave.
Do not use plastic, paper, or Styrofoam cups.
Step 2: Soften the Molds
Place one mold per cup to avoid sticking.
Let molds sit in hot water for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Cool & Prepare
Remove mold with a metal spoon.
Let it cool for 30 seconds.
Insert the Percussive Filter (in housing) into the mold.
Attach a small silicone tip to begin molding. Do not use foam tips for this step.
Test for secure attachment of tip by gently pulling.
Step 4: Insert into Ear
Insert the mold into your ear, aligning the tip with your ear canal.
Press firmly on the Percussive Filter to seat it.
Mold should fit snugly and comfortably.
Step 5: Shape
Smooth the mold into the concha (bowl) of your ear using your fingertip.
Avoid using fingernails.
Step 6: Hold
Leave the mold in place for 5 full minutes.
During this time, press the back plug every 30 seconds to improve the seal.
Step 7: Remove
Once cured, remove the mold from your ear.
Replace the silicone tip with a different size or with foam tips as needed.
Step 8: Repeat
Repeat the process for the other ear, starting at Step 2.
Testing and Fit Tips
Talk out loud: Your voice should sound slightly muffled or deeper.
Try both silicone and foam tips to find the best seal and comfort.
Each ear may require a different size tip.
The fit should feel secure without causing discomfort.
Re-mold if necessary for improved comfort or seal.
Using the Filter Lanyard
Push down on the filter housing to remove the filter.
Roll the filter out of the housing.
Insert the filter into the lanyard (logo side up).
Cleaning Instructions
Remove the filters first.
Clean other components with mild soap and warm water.
Rinse thoroughly and let dry completely.
Do not clean or submerge foam tips.
Inspect tips and molds for damage before every use.

Cord Warning: Lanyard is not a toy. Risk of strangulation.
Do not expose to temperatures above 120°F / 49°C.
Do not leave in hot cars or direct sunlight.
Always store in the provided case.
