Decibullz PRO Molding Instructions
Follow the steps below to mold your Decibullz PRO earplugs for a secure custom fit.
Always refer to the included instruction booklet for the most complete molding instructions.

WARNING
Improper fitting or misuse will reduce effectiveness and may result in hearing loss or injury.
Step-by-Step Outline
- Attach your preferred ear tips to the molds
- Secure the molds onto the included molding tool
- Heat water until boiling, then remove from heat
- Submerge the molds in hot water up to the fill line on the molding tool until softened
- Carefully remove the molds from the water, let cool briefly, and insert them into your ears
- Shape the molds to fit the contours of your ears
- Allow the molds to fully set before use
If needed, the molds can be reheated and remolded for an improved fit.

Tips for Best Results
- Make sure the molds are fully softened before shaping
- Use the included molding tool for easier and faster molding
- Test multiple ear tip sizes to find the best seal
- Reheat and remold if the fit feels uncomfortable or loose
- Store your earplugs in the included protective case when not in use
