The Airpod Hooks are designed to be fully compatible with the original Airpods, but will work with the Airpod Pro's, but will have some limited functionality. The only difference will be that these will cover a sensor in the Airpod Pro's that let them know that they are in your ears and automatically turn on. You will have to manually turn them on from your device since again, these hooks cover that sensor.

However, when you manually turn on your AirPods you can test the functionality and get it working at 100% by just doing the following:

Get to the following screen below that shows just your AirPod Pro's, this is the Noise Cancellation/Transparency screen. By rotating the AirPods in your ears just a little, you will expose those sensors just enough so these will function as normal. If the AirPods are pointing straight down, move them very slowly a little towards your eyes until you see that this is activated by using the functions on your AirPods and it will show on your phone screen. You will be able to see from this screen once you have activated this sensor and can use all of the functions again.

Also, if you remove them from your ears, you will see that the adapter is covering the sensor on the bottom of the AirPod, move it just enough around so that you can barely see the sensor. This will also solve the issue for you. However, we've had customers cut the bottom of the adapter so it won't cover the sensor.
