Up to NRR 33 dB when used with Max Isolation Foam Tips
Approx. NRR 18–21 dB with silicone tips (depending on ear shape and seal quality)
Ratings are based on ANSI and EPA testing standards
Impulse Peak Insertion Loss (IPIL):
Third-party lab tested IPIL Certified. The filters use the IPIL testing standard and not NRR as the protection provided increase in response to impulsive sounds. This means the louder the impulse the higher the level of protection.
