All orders will ship within two business days of the original transaction, Monday - Friday. If an order is placed after the scheduled pickup on Friday, it will not ship out until the next business day, there are no shipments processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
Once the Decibullz team has completed processing and packaging the order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to return information.
Shipping
Domestic delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days from the time of shipping.
International delivery can be expected in as little as 10-15 days, but can take up to 4 weeks from the time of shipping.
- Please note, that there can be delays with USPS. Once it is within the USPS system, we have no control over any delays. Please be patient when using this platform.
- Please note that you are responsible for any import or customs duties, taxes, delivery fees, and/or processing fees that may be charged by the destination country or the final delivery agent.
- We have no control over these charges nor over how the delivery is handled once it reaches another country, nor any fee that may be charged by the local delivery agent. If and when such fees are charged, we are not notified of such charges and we do not profit from those charges.
- If you refuse or do not claim the delivery, causing the package to be returned to us, you will still be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Decibullz does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, nor are we responsible for delays caused by carrier strikes or inclement weather.
