• 2 Thermo-Fit Custom Molds

  One for each ear — these unique molds are the foundation for a secure and customized seal that blocks sound better than traditional foam or silicone earplugs.

• 2 Back Plugs

  These connect to the back of the custom molds and help keep the tips stable and secure in the ear.

• 3 Pairs of Silicone Triple-Flange Tips (S, M, L)

  Designed for comfort and general use. These provide an estimated NRR of 24 when paired with the custom molds.

• 1 Pair of Max Isolation Foam Tips (M Size)

  For the highest level of sound dampening and maximum noise reduction — delivering up to NRR 31, ideal for shooting ear protection, concerts, and industrial use.

Tip Flexibility

Once molded, you can switch between foam and silicone tips depending on your activity or comfort preference. Use foam tips for maximum sound blocking and silicone tips for everyday use or lower noise environments.

Each ear may require a different tip size — we recommend testing all options in progressively louder environments to find your perfect fit.
