Decibullz Custom Molded Earplugs are made from a unique, proprietary thermo-fit material that becomes soft and pliable when heated in hot water and hardens to your unique ear shape as it cools. This innovative material is key to delivering a secure, comfortable, and reusable fit — making Decibullz some of the most comfortable and effective earplugs on the market.


Materials Used:


Thermoplastic Custom Molds

  • Softens in hot water and molds to the contours of your ear

  • Becomes rigid once cooled for a secure, customized fit

  • Remoldable as many times as needed — just reheat and reshape


Back Plugs


  • Durable silicone components that help keep keep sound out.


Ear Tips (Foam and Silicone)


  • Max Isolation Foam Tips (Medium, NRR 31): Expand inside the ear canal for maximum sound dampening

  • Triple-Flange Silicone Tips (S, M, L): Flexible, washable, and comfortable for extended wear

    (Silicone tips provide approx. NRR 24)


All materials used in Decibullz products are nontoxic, hypoallergenic, and designed for daily use in a variety of conditions — including high heat, sweat, and high-impact activities.


Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Molds and silicone tips can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water

  • Foam tips should be replaced periodically for optimal performance

  • Always inspect components for wear before each use


Heat Safety

Do not expose your molded earplugs to extreme temperatures (above 120°F/49°C). Prolonged heat exposure, like in a hot car or direct sunlight, can deform the thermo-fit material.
