How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your Decibullz order, contact support ASAP—if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it. Already shipped? You can still request a return.
How do I get a refund?
Request a refund by starting a return through the Decibullz Returns Portal. Most refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
