Decibullz® products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty in the U.S., starting from the original date of purchase. Please note that this warranty period does not restart if you receive a replacement; it remains 1 year from the initial purchase date.

This warranty does not cover components with a lifespan of less than one year, such as foam tips.

The warranty is valid for the original owner and any subsequent owners, provided the Decibullz product was purchased within the United States from an authorized dealer.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a model has been discontinued, we may replace it with a comparable one. Replacement parts may be either new or refurbished.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, neglect, shipping, failure to follow instructions, repairs by unauthorized personnel, installation of non-Decibullz parts, improper use, misrepresentations by the seller, products with altered or removed serial numbers, or items sold on an "as is" or final sale basis. Lost or stolen items are also not covered.

Decibullz reserves the right to modify or update these warranty terms for future purchases.
